This 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR was delivered new to York Mitsubishi in Pennsylvania and remained registered in the state until it was acquired by the selling dealer in September 2024. Now with 23k miles, the car is finished in Graphite Gray over black upholstery and is powered by a 2.0-liter inline-four linked to a six-speed manual transaxle, an active center differential, and limited-slip front and rear differentials. It was optioned with the Zero Lift Kit along with the Appearance and MR packages, and additional equipment includes 17″ forged BBS wheels, Brembo brake calipers, Bilstein shocks, roof-mounted vortex generators, HID headlights, a carbon-fiber rear wing, a Perrin radio antenna, Recaro front seats, air conditioning, and a CD stereo. This Evo IX MR is now offered by the selling dealer in California with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, service records, a wheel lock key, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title.
The car is finished in Graphite Gray and features an aluminum hood, fenders, and roof panel with vortex generators. Additional details include HID headlights, a front airdam, a Perrin radio antenna, and a carbon-fiber rear wing. Forged 17″ BBS alloy wheels are mounted with 235/45 Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 tires. The car is equipped with Bilstein shock absorbers, a front strut tower brace, front and rear stabilizer bars, and forged aluminum suspension components. Braking is provided by red-finished Brembo calipers at all four corners. The Recaro front bucket seats and a rear bench are upholstered in black leather with Alcantara inserts and red stitching. Carbon fiber trim accents the cabin, and appointments include air conditioning, keyless entry, a CD stereo, and an aluminum shift knob and pedals.
The leather-wrapped MOMO steering wheel frames a 170-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. Additional readouts for monitoring oil temperature, voltage, and boost pressure are mounted in the center stack. The digital odometer indicates 23k miles. The turbocharged 2.0-liter 4G63 inline-four features dual overhead camshafts and MIVEC variable valve timing. Factory-rated output was 286 horsepower and 289 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle, an active center differential, and limited-slip front and rear differentials.
